5 minutes

Time management is a scary phrase. It is hard to know where to start.

If you want to improve, start with 5 minutes a day.

Think of a goal you want to achieve. Perhaps you want to learn a foreign language, read more books, or start that blogging habit.

Then find 5 minutes tomorrow. Learn a new verb. Read that book. Think of a blog topic. Do it without distractions. You'll be surprised by how much progress you can make in a month.

There are so many time gaps. I might have two minutes while I wait for my coffee, or three minutes while my Computer Science professor is setting up. If I'm at work, I always spend part of my lunch break learning something new.

There is an abundance of time, but maybe it's not so obvious where it is.
